Easy Recipe For Breakfast

Hello guys. Today, for a change, we are going to see a breakfast recipe. When I say breakfast, I mean that it is like fast food, in that we have to do it fast and eat as soon as possible to get to work, school, or college. But it is also necessary that we make it as healthy as possible. Hilti is an umbrella term that varies from person to person. What I mean by healthy is food that is rich in quality nutrients. It must be the best choice for the body.

Like you, I hate mornings. Especially when I go to school, I hate waking up early and eating. Also, we do not have time to cook complicated foods like masalas, Sushi, fried chicken, etc. But it ought to maximise the nutrients without much effort. Without effort, there is no pan, no heat, and no cooking. That is, he only needs to assemble. So let's get into the ingredients. (Not directly into the ingredients, but knowing what we need to cook.)

Recipe

Oats are an Ultimate Ally. It is cheap and also contains a great source of carbs and fibre. Soaking overnight is a bit unnecessary. 40 grammes is much enough.

Adding apples is the main source of sweetness. Use half of it to grate it. Scrape It so we don't waste its sweetness. Don't worry, we will use the remaining half later.

Add yoghurt and soak it. It adds creaminess and tang. It also contains a lot of health benefits, like protein.

Add cinnamon for extra flavour. Mix and let it soak for about 5 to 10 minutes. Let it be half-soft, not fully soft.

This type is not mandatory. If you wish to add Crunchiness to your food, you can try the following: Take the remaining apple. Chop it. Place it in a pan and add oats and chopped walnuts. As I said before, it is not mandatory, and you can avoid it if you are too lazy to do it in a pan. You can add cinnamon for extra flavour.

Now add the oat yoghurt that we made in the first step and the Apple stuff together in a bowl. Mix it well so that it gets influenced. Now add more yoghurt and a drizzle of honey if you want more taste. And here we are with an easy morning recipe.
