Tacos are my all time favourite.If you are not understanding what Im talking about dont worry ill explain.So, tacos are a traditional mexican dish in which they uses a hand sized tortilla folded and adds tasty and exciting ingrediants like chicken , beef , pepper , pork onions , salsa, corn ,cheese,and other condiments.

They were first introduced by Glen Bell many many years ago in california. He opened a restaurent called taco bell which serves amazing tasty tacos in different types and people loved it.nowadays tacos are available in almost every parts of the world ,thats how much they have gained popularity. taco fans continue to enjoy tacos and Glen Bell opened more than 75000 stores around the globe. they provide different varieties of dishes.

y favorite is the naked chicken taco which you can see in the cover picture.The intetesting part of naked chicken taco from taco bell is that they dont use a palm sized tortilla .instead they use chicken. interesting right.They also  provide with different types of shell too. so if u guys are thinking what a shell is , so basically , shell of a taco is the tortilla we use to make the taco. we can choose which shell we need that is either a hard shell of a soft shelled taco. my personal favourite taco is tge hard shelled taco rather than the soft shelled taco.It is because if we order a hard shelled taco it is convinient to have it .also it will be very crunchy and juicy. 

in today's generation , restaurents, bakeries,stalls and all provide a lot of food varieties and people love to taste them.people especially youngsters try out different locations and food spots to try their authentic dishes.

f you guys havent tried out a taco you must.also it is easy to make in our house too.in this lockdown most of the people are facing boredome and they try fibding ways to kill their boredome.one of the ways is cooking.many people are trying out different recipies and experimenting with ingrediants to make new dishes.I would like to share a very simple tavo recipie that you can try out at your home. 

For the shell :

you can either buy tortilla sheets or make them your own .the size of tortilla should be hand palm sized.

for that easy and classic filling :

add caramelises onions , bell peppers,jalapenos beans , green chillies and so on.

add lettuce which should be fresh and finely chopped.you can add your meat of your choice , i peraonally like adding chicken so what i always do toprepare the chicken is i will make a paste of soy sauce , chilli sauce , all purpise flour , a little of corn flour , salt , pepper and marinate tge small diced chicken and fry it in oil. then ill add it in my shell. make sure that you have heated your tortilla and llace them ina container in the desired shape.

you can add sauces that are available at your home . also dont forget to add cheese as topping because who doesnt love cheeeeese!!.
