Here we put some tips and tricks to get more juice and also my best opinion and some tips for orange juice… ..

The morning is a delicate time for many of us. We come out of sleep slowly and weakly, and everything seems a little brighter and louder than it is supposed to be. A coffee maker is an essential mess that we have become accustomed to, but a juice is too much noise and extra cleaning. The obvious solution would be to simply buy pre-squeezed oz and cartons or bottles of Grateful fruits, but have you seen the price these days? Plus, all the extra waste packaging and sometimes sugar are added. It is far better to squeeze your own orange juice, and the best, most difficult, and most efficient way to do it.

Get a fork and a bowl. Lightly wipe the cut surface with a fork. Then, holding the citrus in one hand, choose a location toward the center of the fruit, dip the fork in, and twist to release the juice into the lower bowl.

There is nothing better than a glass or bottle of freshly squeezed orange juice. But it's often not easy to extract all the juices, and squeezing oranges can also be a muscle-building exercise and building quality muscles. Check out our top 3 tips for getting even more juice from this delicious fruit.

Squeeze oranges: these are our tips and tricks

Roll the orange and a few times (clean your orange) on your kitchen counter before you squeeze it. The pressure to roll it breaks the cell walls of the fruit, making it easier to extract the juices.

Heat before squeezing the orange, since cold fruit gives less juice. To do this, place the orange in warm water or microwave it for ten to 20 seconds.

If you don't have an orange squeeze and are extracting the juice by hand, cut the orange into eight slices instead of just two halves or three halves. Smaller pieces are much easier to squeeze and therefore produce more juice than larger pieces.

Good to Know: Orange juice is rich in vitamin C and is also rich in carotenoids and flavonoids.
