So this blog will all be about one of the most powerful thing of human beings, which is Patience.

Patience helps you get through the toughest of the days. It helps you make better decisions without getting annoyed or nervous.

It is important to have patience and keep going on the path towards your goals and aims, while neglecting the distractions. Patience is the thing that makes it easier to live as it helps in reducing negative emotions including stress, anxiety or anger. So for all this advantages, we should look at the benefits of practicing patience.

Patience is waiting. Not passively waiting. That is laziness. But to keep going when the going is hard and slow- that is what is known as patience.

  1. Recieving positive rewards

When we dont have stable patience, we are unable to delay gratification for even more time and that fills us with anxiety. We can receive rewards of positivity, recognition and many more.

  2. Improving decision making.

While making good decisions, patience becomes your most formidable patience. So when we are patient, we are out of the way of the negativity that can affect our judgment. By living in the moment, we are able to make good decisions that take a big picture into account.

   3. Being hopeful.

Hope follows patience. When we are being hopeful, we have a natural will to not give up trying as we trust in the possiblility of positive outcome.

   4. Power of tolerance.

Patience makes us more tolerable to the pain, mental, emotional and physical. When we expect challenges, we think with more courage and optimistic strength.

It is an emotionally strengthening practice of observing, learning and knowing the time to act the best.

Patience is not simple the ability to wait, it is how we behave while we are waiting.

                                 ~ Joyce Meyer.

Practicing meditation helps you being more patient.

A lot of people do not know the true importance of meditating. Meditating is like lifting weights, but for your awareness. When you are consistently meditating and becoming more self awares as a result, you will begin to notice your behavioral patterns much easier. This observation is where the healing process starts, because you cannot heal what you cannot see. If you have been wondering where to start on your healing journey, start with meditation. It will open many of the doors necessary for you to connect to your higher self.

So that was all for this blog. I hope you liked it

Thank you for reading this far.
