This blog's topic is about laziness that strives to an extent in every one. Some of us gets really affected by it amd some are just fine co existing with it. But sometimes when you think you are being lazy to doing an important work, you might disinterpret the term laziness and blame yourself for it.
Regardless of the time of the day, do you feel frequent tiredness, laziness and procrastination??
You are actually energetic and motivated but still feel exhausted after barely an hour of your work. Are you really Lazy?? Perhaps not…
Some other reasons why one feels frequently drained might be:
He who loves to paint, will never feel exhausted or drained after painting a picture. Instead, he feels even more motivated to start with the next one.
Fond at least one thing that you genuinely love and you feel inspired to do. Or simply try making your work exciting and fun.
Overthinking is often mistaken to be mere thoughts but they drain a chunk of your willpower, physical and mental energy.
Start thinking of what is on the table right now and right here, and feel positive about it.
As the 80 /20 rule suggests, maximum of your efforts yield an insignificant portion of the total result. That is simply because of not having priorities.
Prioritize your tasks. Eliminate the ones that are not absolutely necessary and focus on what is.
Breaks are usually overlooked and taken for granted. Some people don't even break take a break on weekends. When you take a break, you are rejuvenating your brain and mind. Take regular breaks , and do not be concerned about the work at hand. Simply enjoy the break.
As a human, you need to maintain a balance between one thing and the other. Work, but have some fun. Socialize, but also isolate yourself. Balance your life.
Sometimes, you are not lazy or drained, you might be doing things the wrong way. Simply determining what is your reason to feel exhausted often and solving it can help you make progress several times faster.
