Don't Stay Too Lazy To Workout...

Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a blast of a day.

So today's topic will be a bit personal and also a bit controversial. For some of the people like me who are working out, there is a great distraction of motivation that keeps us from working out to the optimum level. Now thetre are a lot of considerations like laziness, out of mood, tired, not getting enough time and many more as you go. But there are also consequences to it and they are even more depressing because once you lose the muscle you built, it can really affect you but can also motivate you to exercise more.

Now there are a lot of motivations that can help you to get back on track. 

• WHY

As to the question, why are you working out, it can be because you want to be fit or more athletic or aesthetic, whatever the reason. If you havent reached your goal, you can not stop, have this mentality. Because no one will take you where you want to be except you.

• Positive Mentality.

Believe that you can do it, except thinking that it is very hard and you are not strong enough or ready enough to complete the day's workout. Believe you can and you will be halfway there.

• 3 x 10 rule.

Now there is also an issue of time, that not everyone has to put in. So you can take a 10 minute walk thrice a day. You can include a few quick squats, crunches, push ups and anything that you can do. All these mini workouts can add up real quick and give a full body workout outcome. This method can easily save your time without you missing your workouts.

• Social Media

Now i agree that this can be a distraction but it is not really necessary. You can make this your strength. You can be accountable on the media. Take some inspirations by watching fitness accounts. Its not a lot but it still helps. 

• Take your Squad.

Working out with someone can help you to workout more and increase your energy. Finding a workout buddy helps you find more energy to complete that workout and even add a few more sets.
