Hi again! Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a blast of a day.đŸ’™
Today we will be discussing a bit about some frequencies that are associated with your brain. Your brain is in a frequency called theta frequency. Theta is a brainwave frequency linked with fast programming and hypnosis. You access this state right after you wake up and as you are falling asleep. These are the best time to repeat and listen to affirmations with the intent of reprogramming your subconscious mind for the best results.
Theta frequency is also the frequency that our minds operate at from the ages of 0-7. These are important programming years, because our minds have to absorb a huge amount of information in order to know how to survive in the world. After these years are over, our brain will now operate in alpha / beta frequencies ( being awake and alive) and delta frequency (deep sleep). The gap between wakefulness and sleep is theta. This is the most powerful time to listen to affirmations to reprogram your mind.
Listening to theta waves on youtube or any other platform, its patterns can contribute to improving meditation and sleep in the rapid eye movement (REM) phase.
Productivity is never an accident, it is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligence and focused effort.

Binaural beats are sounds created by your brain. Listening to binaural beats is considered to be relaxing, encourage positivity and help in lowering your anxiety. Binaural beats are mostly safe for your health and you can enjoy listening to them. But still there are exceptions for some people, those who suffer from seizures.
To benefit from binaural beats, you can listen to them at low volumes. It helps as it acts as a secondary sounds, and it lets you focus more on the work that you intend to do, for example, meditation, sleep or even some other work that requires you calming down. Listen to music that calms you. Make it in your daily routine. At first it will be distracting but as you keep on concentrating, it will be more helpful in your productivity.
So that was all for this blog, guys. I hope you all liked it. See you until next blog.
