This reality bender of a film is the latest of the works of Nolan, that too was released during the Covid pandemic when mostly all theaters were closed but it still managed to be a blockbuster.
8. The dark knight rises.
The third movie of the nolan's batman trilogy, this shows batman in a terrible state, where he is still in grief of losing Rachel Dawes, he hasnt been batman in the last 8 years and on top of that he is being blamed for the death of Harvey Dent. But soon enough, Batman is forced to return as Bane, and his terrorist group holds the whole Gotham city hostage.
7. Inception
A mind boggling movie dealing with dreams and consciousness. Dom Cobb, specializes in stealing secrets from the dreams of a host, but this time he is forced to plant an idea in someone's dream. This is a great movie with the concept of ‘dream within dreams’.
6. Interstellar
A beautiful and a very interesting sci fi film starring Matthew Mccaunaghey. A former NASA pilot along with some researchers must travel through a wormhole to experiment and attempt to save the world.
5. Batman Begins
The very first movie of Nolan's batman trilogy, where the origin of Bruce Wayne as the Batman, where he loses his parents and attempts at a redemption.
4. The Dark Knight
The very best Nolan batman movie, with a dark turning plot. This movie shows harvey dent, batman and commissioner gordon, are succeeding in driving the crime out of Gotham City. But crime rises as Joker brings total chaos into the once peaceful world.
3. Dunkirk
Nolan's very first historical movie and one of the best war movies, he captures a tense and challenging scenes of the world war II.
2. Momento
Nolan's second film, shows the protagonist with a short term memory loss. Amir khan's Gajini, was highly influenced by this masterpiece.
Two rival magicians always at each others neck, compete in order to achieve the greatest illusion of teleportation.
