Hello, everyone who has been constantly supporting and newbies who resolved to show some more love today. The blog for this day is based on something we all want but never tend to it or the process of getting it… Any guesses what it might be… If you guessed “Health” you're absolutely right. There’s a golden old saying “Health is Wealth” which all of us would have read somewhere at least once. But how many of us would have given the saying a serious thought or even considered it a serious thing. So I decided that we should have a brief discussion about health and how our food habits contribute to its enhancement or deterioration.
The Meal in the cover picture was my Lunch today- 2 whole-wheat flatbreads with a spoon of ghee, one portion of beetroot, one portion of brinjal gravy, one egg cooked with tomatoes and my favorite ABC (Apple-Beetroot-Carrot) juice.
Our muscular body structure is composed of 70% water and 30% body mass. This 30% body mass is solely dependent on the feed that you provide it. The most commonly tracked routine regarding food is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It’s known that one should have a King Breakfast, share his Lunch with someone and have a beggar’s dinner. This means you should eat a highly nutritious full-packed breakfast, a medium portion of good calories-filled lunch and a small light weighing dinner. For people who hold a habit of missing or totally avoiding breakfast, you are directly reducing your life expectancy is what research says. For people missing or avoiding or over eating dinner, researchers have proved that many diseases and conditions develop at a young age due to this habit. So “conscious eating” is a simple routine you should start practicing.
Your body is a highly complex machine that has certain ways of working and hindering functions. Being thin, plump, vegan, vegetarian, or non-vegetarian doesn’t have a firmer grip on your health, to be honest. Any body type you might be, even a perfectly fit person, it doesn’t mean they are 100% healthy and fit as a fiddle. Your body has a way of reacting to anything that gets inside its cavity, it isn’t just about weight gain when you eat junk and loss of weight when you eat one kind of food every time. But unfortunately, we live in a fast pace life where time is always at constrain. Given this, try to have a health-conscious meal at least once a day. My personal suggestion would be specific portions of veggies, meat, nuts, fruits and dairy. Load your diet with fresh veggies and good fatty food. If not all meal, try to consume one meal with diet-conscious victuals everyday irrespective of the hindering factors. Hope this blog inspired you to adopt a better lifestyle, see you’ll for now. Bye-bye.
