Conference of parties 26th summit took place in Glasgow, because United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (= UNFCCC), formulated and enforced this treaty on the year 1994. Most developed nations failed the target of $ 100 billion per year to be delivered to the other developing and underdeveloped countries as adaptation money for clean energy installation like solar, wind 💨 power, also subsequent reduction in coal, fossil fuel consumption. Also a start of most low emission energy system by catalytic converters or scrubbers, which eliminate most harmful emissions, carbon monoxide, gases which create global warming. The summit also urged countries to target warming limits annually to 1•5° to 2•0°C maximum to be reached by the end of 2022. Due to the increased carbon dioxide in air ; a toxic nutrient like tannin builds up in eucalyptus leaves' sap on which the rare spices of Koalas in Australia feed. This tannin like sap is indigestible to the koalas. Their numbers are declining.
In southern Asiatic region La Nina an oceanic atmospheric phenomenon, the colder counter part of El Nino will spread suspended particulate matter in the air leading to prolonged urban smog. In India in the Indo Gangetic plain a primary back to back la nina may create on the cold months from December to February 2022. An inversion occurs when the cold air gets trapped under the warm air which came at the surface by the hot current that rises and subsequent cold water from the depth of bay of Bengal spreads this smog, terming La Nina. This coming winter it is a rare phenomenon to witness.
