1. Her mother's name is Asha and her Father's name is Amit that is why her name is Amisha ( Ami is from Amit and Sha is from Asha).

2. Her Date of Birth is June 9, 1975. She belongs to a Gujarat Family. 

3. She loves animals that's why she is a member of PETA who is working for the well-being of animals.

4. She is not only a successful actress but also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and she is practicing the Bharatanatyam at the age of five.
