Friends Indian cuisine is known for giving people an extremely unappealing flavor. An Indian meal stays in your memory for days after you eat it. From the deepest part of your mind, it is beckoning you and pressuring you to keep trying. You must try the following Indian cuisine.

Curry Dosa
I adore masala dosa, idli sambar, vada, and all other south Indian cuisine, but this dish is my absolute favorite. Masala dosa was created in Udipi and has its roots in Mangalorean cuisine. It is made with potato, curry leaves, and rice batter. Potato is stuffed into a masala dosa along with coriander and mustard seed garnish.

Curry rice or Rajma chwal

In India, this dish is the most well-known. The majority of Indian homes make rajma chwal on Sunday. Kidney beans, how can a vegetarian dish be so delectable and well-known not only in India but also around the world, is something I find incomprehensible. The best rajma is cultivated in the Himachal Pradesh and Jammu regions of India as well as the hills of Nepal.Kidney beans include 140 calories per 100 grams and a lot of protein.

Hyderabad biryani

According to rumor, Hyderabadi biryani is typically thought to have come from the kitchens of Hyderabad's nizam. It is a fusion of Mughali and Iranian cuisine and is a common dish in Hyderabad and throughout the world. There are two types: pakki biryani, which uses meat and layers it with rice before cooking in a clay pot and sealing it with rice dough, and raw gosh biryani, which is created with raw meat and marinated for the entire night.

Stuffed Paratha

Beyond dal makhani, Punjab has a rich culinary tradition that is primarily prepared in the winter. Packed parathas are widely eaten for breakfast and are regarded as the meal of champions in northern India. The most common way to eat parathas is filled with the filling of your choice. 

Even though there are innumerable paratha filling alternatives, potatoes and fenugreek are two of our favorites.

Idli

Idli are commonly likened to dosa as morning meals and are widely consumed throughout South India. Idli, a type of savory, light rice cake, are consumed first thing in the morning. Since they are produced by steaming a batter comprised of fermented black lentils and rice, these rice cakes are dangerously easy to eat. Sambar is often eaten with idli.
