The second wave of COVID-19 is rapidly spreading most of the states decided to move on lockdown as past. People are in panic, of dealing with the lockdown. They are afraid of thinking meeting their needs and surviving from the deadly spreading disease. For months, people had to stay at home.
COVID-19 and the world's largest lockdown in India changed everything. Necessity may be the mother of invention, but a cruel need leads you to choose anything or nothing. Everyone had to work from home. Managers who had hitherto despised the system as the first refuge of slackers were forced to list its merits. Even industries such as banks, insurance and newspaper publishing, which have never experimented with this system, are often forced to sink or swim with mixed results. Webinars, Zoom meetings, and slack messengers are all new trappings, and the dining or study table doubles as a home office. The early days were worrisome. No office travel, no need to worry about the workplace, no need to panic check at the last minute for an office bag for chargers, access cards and pedestal keys as an option for shaving and ironing. Views messages are typed hard and wait for a response.
The country’s perpetual problem of faulty power supply is raising its head again and again. Patchy Internet is another problem. When almost everyone works from home and students take online classes, the internet speed often blows into a crawl. The system hangs at critical moments, such as when an important e-mail “send” button is clicked or important calls are made. Earlier, no matter how painful it was to go to the office and travel back, a kind of division was recorded between work and home. But now that line has faded. Note the number of pressure cooker whistles and doorbell dislikes during a call. So, it seems like this accidental global experiment that forced us to have an invisible virus, and its rare discoveries continue here. This is a template for companies and offices that want to reduce overhead costs. Most employees miss their cabin, colleagues, cafeteria all. Working home now is a stressful period. Its become uneasy to manage the family members, kids during their working.
