With COVID-19's second coming, more attention needs to be paid to boosting the body's immune system. Nutritious food is essential for the immune system. Eat foods rich in vitamins A, D, B, C, E, selenium, zinc and magnesium. In addition, it is important to use fat, probiotic, prebiotic and our protein regularly and accurately.

Let's pay a little attention

 Whole grain bran contains zinc, B vitamins, selenium and copper. We can add these everyday items together. Make legumes and seafood a part of our daily diet. Avoid fatty meats. In addition to raising HDL cholesterol, you can consume a handful of nuts daily, which also provide vitamin E, selenium and magnesium. Include vegetables and fruits in your daily diet that contain vitamin C and antioxidants. We need to make fibre rich leafy vegetables and vegetables our food culture. We can take advantage of the presence of probiotics in foods such as yogurt, honey, oats, bananas and legumes. Beans, melons and pumpkins are high in zinc. Magnesium deficiency can be treated by including fruits and broccoli in the diet. Vitamin C is found in peppers, leafy vegetables, kiwi, papaya, apples, tomatoes and oranges. Almonds, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes and leafy vegetables are important sources of vitamin E.

 Let’s focus on the kitchen

Regularly used spices like ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, cinnamon, black cumin and pepper can help boost immunity. However, do not consume more than their normal amount. Turmeric is one of the best substances to boost the immune system. Curcumin in turmeric contains antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Water

 Increase the use of water, which can be seen as an antiseptic, which helps to boost the immune system, protect the body from dehydration, expel toxins from the body and boost the immune system.

 Sleep and exercise

Make it a habit to wake up early during the day and go to bed early at night. Avoid naps. Get into the habit of getting eight hours of sleep a night. It is best to practice exercise at home. Breathing exercises, such as breathing in and breathing out, can also be included. Bring in nutrients like meat, fibre and livelihoods in your daily diet.

 Note: No particular food or substance can eliminate the virus. We can take precautions and follow the instructions of health workers and other authorities.
