Because he is determined that only he can get her to talk and this detremination of him to get her to talk and discloses the mystery of why she shot her husband takes him down a twisting path into his own motivations. MY REVIEW--- OHH BOY!!! I LOVED THIS BOOK😘😍This book is like you are in a therapy session and as matter of fact, you didn't realize you needed it at that time...I have read many thrillers, mysteries n all. But I have never come across this kind of book, that works its magic from the very first page. The thing I loved most about the book, is that every character introduced by the author has played their part very nicely and precisely. Every character has its depth and meaning. The character of Alicia is so interesting that sometimes it shocks you, makes you sad, and keeps you on the edge throughout the book. And makes you wonder how can little things that have happened in your past sometimes push you off the edge and makes you do the thing that u never intended to. And the character of Theo is so well written as a psychotherapist, that you can never figure out what role is he playing in the story of his patient. ..
There are many quotes in this book that just touches your heart...LIKE--"LOVE THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE HONESTY DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE CALLED LOVE."
“WE ARE ALL CRAZY, I BELIEVE, JUST IN DIFFERENT WAYS."
This book is one of my favorites💕 now, and really close to my heart💖, because there are many things in the book that makes you question yourself and make you understand the real concept of love, life, and relationship. This book gets you in many different ways. It keeps you hooked till the last page... And it really is an unputdownable book📖, bcz it's my personal experience, I read this book in 6 hrs and when I ended it, it was 3 o'clock in the night and the next day I woke up late and got scolded by my mother.😶😶
