Way To Prevent And Reduce Diabetes:

Diabetes,  Very sad to say that our Indian country is the capital of the world 🌎. We have big challenges to face it. 
Causes:
      The main reason why we are suffering from this is stress 😩, depression, unhealthy food style especially outside foods and junk food, not having a physical exertion,improper diet, good sleeping etc..., 
       Once its come we have to take responsibility to overcome from it or atleast keep it in control levels.  Below are the few steps you can follow to keep your blood sugar levels in control 
What not to eat:
1. Sugar and sugar related products including honey 🍯, sometimes honey can cause a sudden spike in the blood sugar levels. 
2.Whole grains and cow πŸ„ milk πŸ₯›:
Both are trigger the immune systems which lead to inflammation due to leaky gut.
3. Alcohol 🍸:  It will not only damage your liver but also attacks the pancreas that produces insulin. 
4.GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) Foods:
Not only diabetes patients but also every one should avoid these types of food which lead to many problems. I will say simply "Don't eat fruits or vegetables which don't have seeds in it" 
WHAT TO EAT AND DO: 
1. Cinnamon:


It has bioactive compound which stimulate the insulin activity. 
How to consume:
Mix half teaspoon of cinnamon powder in warm water and have it atleast weekly thrice.
2.Aloe Vera 


Offcourse it tastes bitter but you combine with butter milk it tastes good πŸ‘,  due to anti inflammatory properties it control the blood sugar levels. 
3.Jamun:


 If you blood sugar levels is increased suddenly have this approximately 100g of jamun every day , it shows gruesome difference in your blood sugar levels. 
4. Vitamin C:
Studies shows it is not only for skin but also for diabetes. 
5. Exercise:


Major cause for diabetes is overweight . So not only diabetes patients but also each and every person should have some physical exertion like walking, yoga, some physical sports activities, aerobics, gymming etc.. ,due to this you can control your blood sugar levels. 

HOW TO PREVENT US FROM DIABETES :
1.WATER:


When you wake up your first beverage should be Drinking water 🚰  in empty stomach which leads to promote healthy body.
Whenever you are thirsty your first preference should be water. Don't go for other beverages that are loaded with sugar and preservatives. 
2. Lose weight if you are.                   overweight.
3. Quit smoking  🚭 : 
       If you are a smoker their is a 50 percent of chance to diabetes

NOTE: ” Too much of even a good thing can be harmful".
