But now a days we are changing our food style to western cuisines, note that we are not living in western country 😀 think before twice before eating other country foods because our life style especially nature and atmosphere are differ from other countries , it also affects our digestive system too....
Ok let's start our yummy tasty south Indian food varieties.

While waking ⏰up always start your intake with plain or warm water. It makes you healthy simple startup.
Morning 🌄breakfast
1. Idly or dosa with yummy 😋 vada curry 🍛
It is a famous spicy south Indian recipe. It goes well not only with idly/dosa also with set dosa , normally called set dosa vada curry. If you are masala vada lover definetly love this item. It takes time to prepare but worth to eat.
2. Appam or iddyappam with coconut 🥥milk or vegetable kuruma/curry
These appam also known as soft hoppers or palappam and iddyappam are famous in Kerala cuisines
3. Poori with aloo masala
Poori with potato 🥔masala is all time famous south Indian cuisine. Usually named as poori masala.
4. Pongal, vada with brinjal 🍆 subji
You will get mouthwatering of savory dish when you smell the lovely aroma of ghee along with south Indian donut called medhu vada with sambar, coconut 🥥chutney.
5. Puttu with kadala curry
It is a most popular breakfast in Kerala cuisines
6. Adai with Kara chutney
It is highly protein rich food. While making it we no need to involve in fermentation process.
Lunch menu
Without Rice our south Indian dish is not called as lunch menu. It comprises of rice, vatha kulambu, sambar, kootu, poriyal, aviyal, varuval and masala fry with pickles 😋, finally end with tomato 🍅 rasam and garnished moor.
Offcourse close with yummy tasty payasam.
Vareity Rice menu
1. Tamarind Rice.
It is all time favorite spicy food with masala vada. We will get mouthwatery tamarind Rice only in temples. 😄
2. Vegetable briyani with gobi or panneer 65
3. Bisi Bella Bhaat
It's a traditional spicy dish from Karnataka, it is topped with lot of ghee and accompanied by pappad, raita.
Evening
Hot 🔥 strong masala tea ☕ with snacks( spicy paniyaram, baji, bonds etc..,)
Dinner
Chapati with panneer butter 🧈 masala or Channa gravy or steamed items like appam, idly, iddyappam, Puttu what we have discussed earlier in this section.
