So I visited Kasauli in March 2021, which is a small town in Himachal Pradesh , India. It is in the lap of Dhauladhar range of the Himalayas. Once it the favourite summer destination of the British. Kasauli is full of nature. If you're searching for peace and relaxation it is one of the best places to visit, especially if you're a nature lover. 

So we started our trip from Noida and it took around 7 hours to reach there including a short break for lunch. This was my second trip to Kasauli. It was a short 3 day trip as it was the festival of Holi but we enjoyed a lot. Kasauli was fully crowded as it was March and people were enjoying to go out and travel after covid. We reached our hotel ,The Dagshai Manor till afternoon. It's situated deep inside the forest and has a very good location. The road to reach the hotel feels like a jungle safari itself, as you are crossing the forest. You can enjoy the view and click pictures too. 

Then we just freshened up and by the evening and went to the Kasauli mall road. It's a small mall road with some variety of shops, some for the handicraft items, small food shops and stalls , and some cloth shops including the ones for shawls, blankets, etc. honestly, there I had the best  momos I have eaten ever!!!😂😜 we also had Maggie( because a trip to hills is incomplete without Maggie 🤣) and bought some stuff like keychains, bracelets. Finally we returned to our hotel had our dinner played billiards and went of to sleep.

 The next day was the day of Holi. We went too Sadhupul for the celebration which is about 2 hours from Kasauli. It is a small village in Himachal Pradesh between Solan and Chail. The  River "Ashwini" flows there. In march there was not much water flow but still the view was very beautiful and the place was very much crowded. People were playing Holi, dancing , dj was there and food stalls too , everyone was enjoying a lot.  After enjoying at Sadhupul, we went back to our hotel. On the way back we had Dominos😜. Finally when we reached our hotel we had a walk in the ground and played billiards and then slept.

The next day we left for Noida and on our way had a break at Amrik Sukhdev. This was a really short vacation and but we enjoyed it a lot. There are may other places too that you can visit like the Monkey Point , Sunset Point, Gurudwara Shri Guru Nanak ji, etc. If you also love travelling you should definitely visit Kasauli.
