When You Lose Hope, Read This
Hello there! If you are feeling low and hopeless in life, this blog is like an imaginary healing call for you my friend.
I am writing this from the context of my own suffering moments, my own difficult times which made me feel that maybe I should leave my home and cry on the streets.
And I'll tell you what brought a shift in my thought pattern.
I know this will help so many of my dear friends come out of this matrix of suffering.
So let's begin.
It all started with a non stop thinking of thoughts that were disturbing me from within.
Yes, it was really uncomfortable and nothing seemed to help me come out of that zone.
It got so intense I began to feel more frustrated.
And guess what? It ddidn't stop there.
I started reacting on every individual including myself.
(But believe me! I was not wrong and I know none of you were, I understand.)
It was rather a certain fan of thinking that rotated at a high speed producing a windy emotion of suffering.
And based on that, you started reacting accordingly.
It's just like a car set in motion that cannot be stopped unless brakes are applied.
Now, who will apply the brakes?
Who is driving that car?
Yes! It's You! Don't worry, I'll show you how to do that comfortably and without going mad about everything.
Now, I want you to pay a little more attentionβ¦
We have a clear cut set of two options.
What we have preferred over the years was option 1. And got the same results.
What if, for the very first time, we decide to choose option 2?
What if that option opens up a new possibility even in that stressful situation?
What if this option puts a temporary brake to our car and let us decide which way to go?
This is where the game changes.
No matter how obvious it may seem to choose option 1 and do the same frustrating thing, you can go for your relaxation(option 2) in your own way.
From there onwards, when you pick a different direction with all your attention and not returning to that old stressful direction, you set up the healing within you.
Just try this out and I'm sure you'll realise that you can choose to feel better even in difficult times.
And yes! Even if the difficult situation demands your attention, you can act as per the need without creating a lot of negative chatters about it.
You'll simply do what is needed but you'll give make it a giant problem in your mind.
Simply remember, as the situation gets difficult, act accordingly.
As the situation ends, relax mentally and give utmost energy to the most desirable thoughts (any thought of joy or whatever you love at that point).
And you will end up in a different direction in no time.
You will realise that no situation has the control over your choice, unless you choose to lose your choice.
