Living A Life Of Well-being : Simple And Effective

Who doesn't want to live life happily? 

 

But how many of us can actually separate ourselves from the pathway of sureshot anxiety and?  

 

In this blog post, I will show you how we can actually live a fulfilled life which remains well-balanced and abundant. 

 

The first thing to remember is that happiness is not an outside material separate from us.

 

It is an innermost feeling of unexplainable joy when our thoughts, feelings and actions are aligned with our truest desires. 

 

Many a times, we invite endless suffering for ourselves because we give a lot of energy to thoughts and feelings we don't like.

 

This in turn opens up doorways to choices that come from this anxiety-filled thoughts. 

 

When we do something that we regret later, we keep thinking about it and feeling low and this process repeats itself over and over. (Which means we didn't let go of such thoughts). 

 

So, what is the solution? 

 

 

 

In simpler words, nothing is as effective as working on our control panel. 

 

Unless our control panel of mind starts working effectively, we can't witness any permanent change.

 

So, the first step is always to be aware of our own thoughts. (I've already discussed more about it in my previous blogs).

 

As we begin to change the quality of our thoughts, our emotions also start flowing in that direction and now our choices and results begin to improve. 

 

The second step is to look at your daily lives in three aspects, namely health, wealth and relationships. 

 

This means our daily choices must include steps taken towards improving these three elements. 

 

It can be anything from doing some basic exercises to gym or working on your new business model, doing meditation, letting go or sleeping 6 hours a day,  depending upon your intention and desire.

 

Now, as you start acting on these three aspects of life consistently, you will eventually feel a sense of well being and fulfillment. 

 

This usually  happens because you're not leaving anything out. You're living with an integrated approach, not just for money or education. 

 

Once this becomes a repetitive habit, life improvement begins to flow in. 

 

You'll find yourself to be a happier, more capable being than ever. 

 

And now you won't believe in thoughts that were keeping you stuck in anxiety for so long.

 

Now, you will realise how your mind works and how you are the author of your book of life.

 

 

Feeling better! (Well! I want you to feel the best when you begin to live for your fulfillment). 

 

And remember that the more you share your own secrets to happiness and fulfillment, the more you multiply your joy. (Because whatever we focus on expands). 

 

If we focus on giving more joy, we end up having more of it.

 

Smile Now! (Because you deserve it).

 

And don't worry if your near and dear ones don't understand you and your priorities.

 

They perceive what they believe. 

 

And they deserve your love too. 

 

We are not just flesh and blood. We are far from that. 

 

This infinite truth can be felt in your heart once you begin to experience waves of endless joy and ease.

 

And I know you have already opened the giant door of abundance for yourself. 

 

Wake Up Creator! It's your right to live the best life!

The above lines truly hold. But don't you think there is a main cause behind such causes? our parents forbid us to go to nighouts but here the question is why??. Let the next blog be about this. I am following you and please follow me back.

I have an answer to this. Not based on theory but based on my experience. We feel happy when we express ourselves in our unique ways eg- going for a walk or a night club or doing anything we love. I agree. But sometimes we don't get to do what we exactly think about. (Eg- I have a vlogging channel. I and my buddy were getting too much success in our journey and then lockdown happened. To make matters worse, I can't stay at my own home, i have to stay at my grandma's home as my grandpa is hospitalised and you know the resitrictions when living with grandma right? Also, she is bed ridden. But when one way ends, infinite other ways are still available. Meaning, I have many other ways to express myself like writing blogs, talking to my friends on phone, making delicious foods or anything we feel like. Trust me, our thoughts about a situation make the situation worse. If we choose to be us and still choose happy choices, we can't stay blocked. And who knows, many more ways of expressing happiness will open up soon for us. Hope this helps. With an intention to give you smiles. 😊

I too expected my parents to change their perspectives earlier. But you know right, noone can change anyone's thoughts unless they're willing to change theirs. But we have a choice of how we think and feel. ♥️
