Ok, let me ask a question to you! 

Ever since you took birth on this planet, you have seen changes happening all around.

Everything undergoes change and that's the part of evolution. 

In fact, since the day you were born, your body changed. 

And your perspectives changed too.

What about your choices? 

Of course they also changed a lot! 

And your life is constantly evolving. 

But…..

However, there is something that has never changed, not even the slightest. 

And what is that? You may wonder.

Let's find out together. 

Let us consider the sense organs here, then it would be easier for us to understand things.

Ok! So, if you close your eyes( and you can do it right now), and hear the sounds of your surroundings. (Whatever sounds you can hear)

Can you notice something? 

You are using your ears to do the hearing. Simple? 

You used to hear sounds in your childhood too.

But notice that your body changed from childhood. 

But the aliveness in you has not changed.

Let's understand this again. (Without over thinking)

The aliveness(life) that is using the sense organs of your body to experience has not changed.

Can you feel the depth of it? 

Can you notice that this aliveness of yours has no form and no limts. (Meaning you cannot find the starting point and end point of this aliveness)

Notice that the dead body has all the organs present but it cannot use them because….

The aliveness is not present anymore there.

Now, if I ask you a profound question (and this can be very experiential and powerful )

Are you the aliveness, body, or the mind of thoughts? 

If you close your eyes now(just for a moment), 

And keep your thoughts aside for a while.

Can you notice that you are that aliveness? 

Do you feel that you are that aliveness using every instruments of body, mind to experience life? 

Do you actually see it, right now, as a fact that your real identity is not a name of other person's thought.

Or your mental idea of who you are when you see your body in the mirror. 

Do you see that your true identity is formless, limitless, aliveness itself? 

You are not only free, you are infinite my friend!
