How To Judge Less And Love More?
Judgement is something nobody wants.
Love is something all wishes to have.
But what is wrong with judgement? Does judgement withhold love from us?
And how can we attract more love into our lives and share it with others?
There are a lot of questions and we will discuss everything in details about this topic.
This blog post is meant to awaken the source of love, releasing the blocks of over judgement and making you feel vibrant again.
So let's start the discussion…
Firstly, we must understand that all of us have freedom to express ourselves.
Whether we like something or we don't, we do have a freedom to share what we feel.
And that's okay!
But whenever we keep over judging a person based on a particular incident, and if we keep doing that for a long time, we naturally feel low and out of love.
Let's find out why…
As I always tell in my blogs, everything is energy.
So is judgement. It is a way of expressing energy.
Over judging a person generally makes you feel tied around the negatives of that person.
If you stay focused on the negative for far too long, you cannot feel better.
This is why we don't feel at love while judging.
On the other hand, when we choose to express what we feel, we don't over judge, we forget the past and focus on the joy of future, we feel positive.
This positivity becomes a capital of love feelings.
We not only feel love for ourselves, we also feel love for others.
This creates a sense of empathy towards others and we are more likely to understand rather than judging.
Nowadays we find a lot of criticism and hatred all around us.
One of the reasons is we are unaware of the harm it does on a deeper level.
Hence it becomes crucial to talk about these topics.
Rather than judging others, we can choose to respond consciously, forgive and forget.
And of course, getting back to our choices of joy brings ease to our being.
If you are afraid of being judged, don't be.
Keep your inner love high and no judgement would ever affect you.
Observe what that judgement does to your mind and don't react to the waves of your mind.
Instead, choose to be still.
I know people want solutions to their problems and answers to their questions.
And I'm sure they will get these answers from within.
All I'm doing is sharing a possibility and my personal and experiential opinion which I believe can reshape the future of the world.
Our upcoming generation needs to be more loving and less judging. Because they deserve more love and less judgement.
Let's show them the entry to joy and exit to judgement.
Only when we choose to act out of love will encourage our next generation to adopt these principles.
Life needs more beauty than dirt.
More nectar than poison.
More flowers than stones.
Let's wake up to love and spread it everywhere.
