From Disease To Ease

There is no disease in the world that can't be healed.

In fact, there is no permanent existence of a disease. 

Had it been so, the cure would have been impossible. 

A disease implies any kind of disturbance in the natural rhythm of a being.

Just think about it, for a while. 

There are so many essential functions of the body like heartbeat, breathing, working of organs, fighting of foreign bodies that are effortlessly handled without our conscious evaluation. 

In fact, the entire rhythm of our body and  is handled by the same universal forces that revolve planets and align galaxies.

Now what creates a problem? 

Whenever we create repeated thoughts of negativity and resentment in our minds, we interfere with the natural rhythm of our being. 

This creates a block in our energy flow, thereby allowing disease to take shelter on our bodies.

The word disease itself states " not at ease. "

You may notice how our bodies feel weaker, tensed and uneasy when we are in such states of anger and disturbance.

You may also notice how thinking better or meditating(working on your mind) gives a direct impact on our bodies making us feel better and stronger.

In fact, it won't be wrong to state that stronger the mind, stronger the immunity. 

So, my message to all of my candlemonk members is to stay happy, think and feel the way you want, be the unique you and let go of any blocks. 

If you are already suffering from a disease, note that focusing on your disease creates more disturbance.

Instead, if you can use this "dis ease" moment as a moment of letting go and allowing peace to flow in, thinking little by little about abundance, prosperity or anything that you absolutely love, you will slowly begin to feel better.

And I always say, if something's going wrong, look at the control panel. Your thoughts are the source of results you experience. 

Change your thoughts and you are bound to change your choices, which then brings in a change in your life experience. 

You can choose to read books (buying them online or reading free books), watching videos of self help, listening to life empowering podcasts or cooking a dish.

Whatever you love, give your attention and energy there.

Understand the power you always have at your disposal - the power of choice.

Take proper care of your health. Do any kind of physical activity that you love and enjoy.

Drink enough water at least 30-40 minutes after a meal. (Drinking water immediately after meal may interfere with your digestion). 

Also, don't forget to get proper and quality sleep at night. (One simple trick is to recall your day and feel grateful for x number of things or simply practice gratefulness for some time).

You can also do a 5-10 minute meditation (choose any type you like, eg- guided meditation, breathing, etc).

Remember that health is your greatest wealth. 

Learn to bring yourself to ease and you will gain courage to overcome any disease.
