I think the time is ripe now to talk about an antivirus that we shouldn't miss.

For sure, we are now facing a tough time where challenges and sufferings seem obvious. 

Everywhere we hear news of negativity and problems.

And we often get severely affected from these.

Hence it becomes extremely important to talk about an antivirus that's the need of the hour. 

A daily dose of inner love is of utmost need at present. 

It's the mental instability and implantation of fear that creates more suffering than the situation itself. 

Or that aggravates the suffering, to say the least.

So, let's find out how to release the feelings of pure love through us and stay strong in these tough times.

Whenever we talk about love, we often consider it to be an outside affair. 

However, if we pay close attention, love has never been an outside affair, ever.

It is always about the inner feelings of joy, the soul's inner bliss, that radiates through us, either for a person or for anything else.

The inner ingredient is the core of love.

If this inner ingredient is not understood, we often try to seek love outside. 

That's where we miss the point.

Though spending time with someone you love or doing what you love is also the path to release that love energy, because our inner feelings begin to prosper in such situations, knowing that the source of love is within is the direct route to this everlasting love.

Now, let's talk how to practically generate this feeling of love on a daily basis. 

Recognise Your Inner Movements 

The first step is to recognise what is going on inside of you. I mean, where are you constantly pouring your energy.

If you have been thinking too negative for longer periods, then you must stop the speed of that process as soon as possible. 

Because that's the major reason behind your unending suffering. 

Many a times we are not even aware of our thoughts.

Hence it's always better to ask yourself : " What am I thinking now? " or anything that may help you to be aware for a moment.

This gives a little pause to the momentum of non stop negative thinking. 

Now, little by little, start putting your attention to what you love. Any thought, any plan, any idea, anything that can make you happy for a while.

Note : Don't try to stop negative thoughts forcefully. Because that will increase its intensity. Instead resist nothing. Let every thought come but choose the place where you want to spend most of your time : the place of your heart. 

Love doing the things you love, stay aware of what's going on in your mind but stay relaxed, repeat this process and you will start generating a new speed of positivity.

Your energy and attention begins to flow in the direction of your heart's desires and that my friend pulls out the feelings of love through you.
