Hope you all are doing good. In today's blog I'm going to discuss about sugar. Yes the sweetest sugar. It tastes sweet but as all of us know it's not that much sweet for our body. Still we consume sugar in our daily life without any control. It must be changed. Why because for us our health is really important. So to get a healthy life we have to sacrifice something. In that list we can include sugar.
There are so many food items. Some of them may improve our health, but some may damage our health. Most of the unhealthy food tastes so good. So we can't avoid them. Due to the super taste we may eat them without considering our health.
Sugar is an important sweetest but the unhealthy food. In our daily life we include sugar in many food items like juice,tea, coffee etc. But always remember that sugar is unhealthy and can cause serious diseases. That's because we call sugar as white poison. If we avoid it , really help to keep us healthy and we can see how.
Obesity is a major disease caused by over consumption of sugar. If you are a person who is trying to reduce the weight then it's the time to avoid sugar from your diet list. Make it fast, and you can achieve your goal super fast. When you control sugar that will not only help to reduce weight but also help to control the insulin resistance in your body. Diabetes can also cause obesity.
Over use of sugar may lead to edema and related diseases like obesity, diabetes, headache, allergies, etc. And sugar and some artificial sweeteners can leads to cancer cells growth.
Over use of sugar leads to damage skin. Your skin may look like old. And it can also lead to some mental health disturbance like stress and depression.
Now a days from small children to old people suffer from diabetes. There are many reasons for this. But the main reason is over use of sugar. So always try to control the use of excess sugar in your diet. Diabetes is caused by increased levels of sugar in your blood.
After eating sugar you may feel over energetic and suddenly tiredness. This is called sugar rush. This is really unhealthy. When you eat sugar in your food it directly enter into your blood stream and cause diabetes like serious diseases.
