Today's blog is about some mistakes that you are doing. These mistakes can be the reason that you are not getting good sleep.
Sleeping is very important for our physical and mental health. If we didn't get a proper sleep that will affect our whole activity. I'm working in a hospital , so that I have night shift for seven days. Trust me , I will be half died when I complete that 7 days. I'll get two days off. But that two days are not enough to compensate the seven days sleep.
Some people may be tired, but when they try to sleep they can't sleep. Some people hardly try to sleep, but no use. The causes for sleeplessness is making you. You know why???
Try to avoid the following mistakes to get a good sleep.
Caffeine is a CNS stimulant, which will increase the activity of our brain. Actually we drink caffeine during our exam days to get focused. So caffeine is a sleep disrupter. Try not to drink caffeinated drinks before bed.
It is better to do excersise during day time. Excersise help us to get more energetic. So if you do excersise during evening that will make you more energetic and awake. That may interrupt your sleep. So better avoid excersise during evening.
After working for the long day time we need to relax in the night. So we have to avoid the gadgets at least one hour before bed. I was a person who kept my mobile phone and laptop near my bed while I'm sleeping. My day ended with them and also started with them. That really affected my sleep cycle. So I decided to change them. Really effective.
If your digestion is complete and a good stomach state, you can sleep like your in a heaven . It's a bad habit that, late night meal and also heavy night meal. Always better to eat light food in night, the food which will digest faster. Try to eat your dinner before 9 pm. This will help in your sleep cycle.
It's best to get the morning and evening sunlight at least for about five minutes. This can also help to maintain the circadian rhythm.
