Hello guys

I'm dedicating this blog to all tea lovers out there.

So as the title indicate this blog is about the damaging effect of tea. Let's get into the blog.

Tea otherwise called as chai is a hot beverage. It is an unavoidable thing in Indians life. Since it is stimulating and addictive in nature, we can't think about stopping or cutting the tea in our life. So today I'm discussing about the most practical ways to reduce negative impact of chai. How healthy or unhealthy a food is depends on what time you consume it .

If the tea is not consumed at the wrong time it's negative impact can be reduced. The side effects of tea are reduces iron absorption, increase anxiety, nausea, heart burn, headache, dizziness and poor sleep.

The worst time to consume tea is just after waking up. After a night sleep our brain and body are already dehydrated. Tea is a diuretic, it sucks up even the little water which our body has. It will cause severe dehydration and lethargy.

Tea is acidic, drinking in empty stomach disrupt the metabolism. And also damages the teeth.

If you attribute tea to your regular bowel movements then a glass of hot milk , 30 minutes before sleeping and warm water ,just after waking up do the job even better.

Drinking tea just after your meal hinder the absorption of nutrients. Milk and salt is a wrong combination. It can produce toxins. It can cause skin problems like ezema, rashes and hives.

The best time to consume tea is 2 to 3 hours after breakfast and 2 to 3 hours after lunch.

Tea is drying and heating in nature. So that in ayurveda tea is recommended as a medicine to relieve cold and cough.

When we add more milk it's drying and heating effect will be less. So don't fall for the fad of black tea and also green tea. Green tea is nothing but the less fermented version of black tea.

We can add coconut oil or clarified butter to tea . Also can balance tea with cool spices like cardamom, fennel and liquorice.

More the tea is boiled more tannins will be produced. So always less boil or use dip tea.

The perfect method is consume the tea less often. And you can replace it at least once. Eg Arjuna tea.  Arjuna is alkaline and a natural heart tonic .
