Food Items You Are Eating The Wrong Way

Hello people

I'm back with another blog. In today's blog I'm going to share about some food items that we are eating in the wrong way. Okay let's get started.

Rotti is an every day food item in Indian life. We eat rotti every day, in morning, afternoon or night. Rotti is filling, nutritive and also staple. But sometimes this rotti may cause digestive disorders like bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting.

The main reason for this digestive problem is the method of preparation of rotti. In today's life we prepare rotti by first put it on the pan and then quickly transfer it to the flame. This will give an inflated look also save time.  But the main disadvantage is the outer layer will only be cooked. Inside the rotti it will be half cooked.

The proper method is the traditional method of preparation of rotti. In olden times our mothers used to prepare the rotti soley on pans. It may take more than 2 minutes. But we will get it as fully cooked,tastier and easier to digest. 

Next one is the red chilli powder. By consuming red chilli powder in some people it may cause excessive sweating, hair fall, graying of hair, pigmentation, strong stimulant. And it is highly inflammatory so it can cause inflaming problems including peptic ulcer. 

So we can give a substitute for red chilli powder. Instead of red chilli powder we can use green chili paste and pepper powder.

Banana , in market so many fake bananas are available. Eating this fake one can cause problem on your stomach. Ripened banana is not solid yellow in color. There will be small black spots on it. It is rich in calcium. Banana can be used to for weight gain and also for weight loss. For weight gain it can be used with ghee and jaggery.

Onion is a vegetable that cause lethargy. It is less stimulating. If you consume onion daily this will decrease your concentration. So when you're preparing any food with onions, don't make it over brown . In this way you can consume Onion. If you are a person with the habbit of eating onion daily it's time to stop it. Because that can ruin your day.

Honey is a sensitive food. If you're not consuming it in the proper way that will harm your body . Honey should never be heated. While heating it will form a slow poison gel. So always mix honey with Luke warm water.
