Hey guys, 

Hope you all are doing good. I'm back with another blog. In this blog I'm going to discuss about some food combinations that you should avoid. 

Eating the right kind of food at the right time is what helps you to attain and maintain good health. There are some food combinations that are toxic for your body. These combination of food items may cause bad than good.

So we can get into the blog. The food combinations are,

Water with food

You may wonder but it's a fact. Don't drink water while you are eating. When you drink water while eating food the water will dilute the acid present in your stomach. When the acid is get diluted your stomach take more time to digest the food. That will irritate your stomach. So try not to drink water while eating.

Fries and Burger

This food combination that you can't think it's a toxic. But it is. Why because both fries and Burger can reduce your blood sugar levels. When blood sugar levels reduce you may feel tired. So better avoid this food combination.

Cola and pizza

There will be no one who love to drink a cola after a pizza . But this food combination is the one you should avoid. Why because pizza is loaded with a lot of starch and protein . It takes a lot time to get digested. Also cola contain a huge amount of sugar that will also make your digestion complicated.

Fruits with yogurt

We all love smoothies which contains fruits and yogurt. But this two should not be combined. You know why? The acid from fruits and protein from yogurt will react together this reaction not good for digestion it will also produce toxicity.

Sweet with alcohol

The other food combination that should avoid is sweet with alcohol. Never eat sweet when you are on alcohol. Why because alcohol can convert the sweet to fat in our body. So when you eat sweet that leads to deposit the fat in our body. So never consume sweet with alcohol.

Cheese with beans

As you all know both cheese and beans are food that produce high amount of gas. When they are eat together that will make your stomach gassy and bloated. So when you eat beans avoid any diary products like cheese.
