Swap Your Old Habits Be A New Version Of Yourself 😀

We all want to bring changes in our daily routine right? But how much ever we try we sometimes fails..try following this tips or swap your old routine with these tips I promise u will have a fruitful life ahead .

First and foremost for a better day,we should start preparing the previous night itself..i meant, a good sound sleep for about 8 hours is a must for a better day the next morning.

U have to fix a time to get up in the morning..Try to get up at the same time everyday..so that everything go well as planned. Now a days we all are addicted to social media..so the very next thing we do after getup is grab our phone and see the messages, new posts etc..That habit is the worst.. u have to stay away from phone atleast for one hour after you wakeup. Try to make this small change u will be surprised  seeing the positive changes in your life.

Once you getup you have to plan for the day..you can journal it or you can make any to do list. You just try this u will be the happiest once you accomplish them.

Give time for meditation and breathing exercises. Meditate for atleast ten minutes in a day and also do breathing exercises on a daily basis.  If you don't know how to meditate just sit idle..concentrate on your heartbeat..Not only that we should do full body excercise atleast three to four days in a week.If you can do everyday well and good. But too much of anything is not good.

After that consume any type of detox water everyday like lemon squeezed warm water etc .I will write  in detail about various detox waters in my next blog. It is filled with antioxidants which will rejuvenate your skin and body.

And try to consume a bowl of seasonal fruits half an hour before the main breakfast. It will reduce the hunger and stop you from consuming bulk of the breakfast. Also fruits provide lots of essential nutrients to our body. 

Don't skip any meals try to incorporate protein in every meal you have along with lot of veggies and probiotics.

Try to stay outdoor for sometime in a day.. be connected with the nature. Spent time with animals and birds.observe them ..try to be happy always. Everybody has problem.. but no problem exist without solution..so give time ..

If you like gardening..spent time with plants be it indoor or outdoor..water them ..see one flower coming from it you will be more happy than any time. If you have any pets..feed them ..see their happiness your day will also happy ..

Try to take bath everyday,body atleast and spent time for prayers.Believe in spirituality. Believe in yourself.

I was a very lazy being.. for me 24 hrs also was not enough.. After bringing this small changes..my life has changed…iam sure yours too will change..

Try to manifest things.. things will come under your control..but u should believe in yourself ❤️
