In our busy life their is no time for heath. We wake up morning get ready for the office and work for 6 or 8 hours and come to the home and go for bed this is all our life. In office time we eat the junk food and cool drink smoke cigarettes this unhealthy habit make us more fatty and unhealthy. We have to change some of our habits to be healthy and feel good. Our unhealthy habits make us more fatty and dispersed. Then for this depression we take pills and damage our kidney and heart. There are some of the good habits that can change your daily life easily. 

Wake up early is the one of the best habit which can get your life style very easily. When you wake up early your body feel full of energy. Many of the scientists say that wake up early May increase your energy and stamina it's help you feel happy with mother nature. 

Drinking water is the another good habit to help you to be healthy. Wake up early in the morning and drink water can fresh your body and mind. You feel the energy in your body whole day. 

Do exercise only for 20 minutes this is the best habit in all your habits. This habit feel you awesome. Don't take tea replace it with green tea. Green tea detox your body. Then take a bath with fresh water. It's feel you awesome. Always take breakfast. Your breakfast is full of proteins and minerals. Try some dry fruits in your breakfast and some types of seed like pumping seeds and sunflower seed they helps our body to detox. Take some fruits and vegetables in your breakfast Brown bread is also a healthy option take some juice this breakfast makes your body full charge. You don't feel hungry so early. In your lunch time take some food and take rest for 15 minutes relax your body. This is the one of good habit.

In evening you must take small amount of meal. Walking is one of the good habit you have to try walk after dinner. This habit makes you feel good. At night before you sleep read book. This makes you feel sleepy very easily. 

These are some change in your daily life make your body and mind relax. You feel healthy and mind peaceful.
