Hello friends welcome to my blog hope your are good. Today we are talking about the some home remedies for reduced period pain. 

For some women the period is the gift from hell.Period are very painful for them. She have to deal with endless mood swing and craving. According to the doctors the pain in the period is most common. This pain found in 5 out of 3 women. 

These are the some home remedies to reduce the pain in period. 

1.Ginger and black pepper tea. 

This is very helpful home remedy for reduced the pain. Ginger can reduce the pain of the period because it lowers the level of post glade in the women's body. These have the cycling fatty acids that have harmonies like effect. Garlic helps to in regular period to regular period. 

2.Cumin seeds. 

Cumin as well as we said it zeera. 

Make a tea of cumin seed and make a sip. It is very helpful for reduced period pain it has anti-inflammatory properties which is intently relief in pain. 

3.Exercise

It may seems totally absurd because you can barely move from your bed of this pain but you need right kind of exercise. Yoga is the perfect exercise it's help you the blood circulation around the pelvic region and release endorphins to counteract the post glance. Some of Yoga relax your mind don't do very heavy exercise during the period. 

 4.Take a walk. 

When you do some of the physical activity then it's help you to reduce the pain of period just like take a long walk may help you in pain. 

5 . Heat. 

Yes taking a hot water bath or take a hot pot on your lower abdomen can reduce your pain. Applying heat is just more effective then a pain killer. 

6.Avoid smoking and drinking 

Smoking and drinking may increase your pain of period so avoid this type of habit at the time of period. 

  7.Lemon juice 

Take a tea of lemon juice it's can reduce your period pain. The vitamin C in lemon make you relax. 

8.Fangs greek seeds 

This golden brown seeds contains compounds that's mimic the property of the female harmonies. They are also antihistamines property that's are helpful in the period pain. 

9.Sesame oil massage 

This oil is rich in linolenic acid and their antioxidant which are helpful in this type of pain you have to massage this oil in the lower area of your body this may reduce your pain.
