Why Learning A New Art Is Important For Youths Now A Days?? Here Is My Experience On A New Art.

Hi folks,

Art is a form of communication, the artist express and gives the shape for an art.Act of expressing feeling,thoughts and observations.There are visual arts, graphics arts,literature,decorative arts,Paintings,Fine arts ,performing arts many such.

Every art has a history and with art, we have the additional benefit of being  left with beautiful to show for it.Helps into a β€œState of flow” .Psychologist describe flow can improve performance and lower stress level.Mental Health is more important than anything else now. 

so being said art help us to heal ,i started to do Mandala Art , Scared circles is a form of ART THERAPY which reduces anxiety,tension and over all stress. creativity makes more relief too.The current situation which all we professional leading life with meetings,calls,bugs,deadlines,project and stuck with 24*7 in-front of laptop and leading life with digital media. We actually forgot our own passion and creativity .A new art brings so much difference.i started doing it from past few months could actually see myself at the best in every art.I learnt this art and i could see the changes in my mental health as once which stressed and depressed life turns into making new arts with creativity and finding much more spirit and inspiration on self where i could love my art and can do better version of my next art .My patience increased to next level, if stress or anxiety i do start doing mandala art where  the art therapy heals me and i find peace myself.and mainly this new world takes into more interest towards drawing and fun with patterns .Now wherever i see something i start to think and create own pattern and that leads to using energy in good way.

so folks, you know in which art you are capable of,so without wasting time in mobile or thinking of tomorrow, do start right now and learn something new.Because,Everyday is a blessing make count of it.Learn a new art , explore into it give yourself sometime to make it as a habit, good habits does not actually require 21 days to do so .it requires your interest,time,patience,love,effort,creativity and mainly yourself into it.

Do some arts if not mandala you can check for sketching, music, painting, dot mandala, crafts, mini art, woolen art, crochet, caligraphy, pencil art and  many such.Give a try and see the difference
