Mirror , mirror on the wall, who's the prettiest of all. Why do we need the mirror to tell us we are beautiful? Isn't it enough to stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself that you are Beautiful?
Yes that's enough. Self Love is the key to a happy and peaceful life. We all have flaws, buy beauty is the act of accepting the flaws and loving the way you are. Stop changing yourself to meet the standards set by a section of the society. Society doesn't make us. We make the society.
If you can't appreciate yourself, how can you expect someone else to Love you for what you are. People are there to demean you, to let you down, to make you feel down. So you have to be strong enough to face those and plant a slap on their face.
If consciousness tells you, you're right; you are right. No need to validate your actions from others. If you feel you are beautiful, then my darling you are the most beautiful. If you feel you are not, trust me you are.. We all are created by the same God, so we all are beautiful in our own way.
When you know you are beautiful you get that confidence which you need to conquer the earth. Turn a deaf ear to those who tries to pull you down.
I have always been a healthy kid in school and people used to call me names like moti and chota hathi. It used to hurt in the beginning but then I accepted they are friends and so all these Chalta hai.
I became so comfortable with these name calling that I accepted that I am less beautiful than my slimmer friends. I deserve less attention and things are gonna be the same whole life, because it was God who did the partiality with me.
Then as I grew up I realised these things are not chalta hai and I have to know I beautiful, I am acceptable. The confidence reflected in my personality. I became a different person and I love this happier , satisfied and more confident version of myself.
I started working out to loose weight, not to satisfy the beauty standards of the society but to build a more healthy body. I realised working out not only improves you physically but also mentally.
We must try to improve ourself to make a better version of ourselves to satisfy the me within, not to impress any one else.
You are beautiful no matter you are fat or thin, short or tall, fair or dark. Just love yourself
