HLOO GUYS!πSo today i was thinking a lot from the morning opps it's called overthinkg ,i guess you or the every third person you see do the same.
I think that in this world 90/100 people are not actually carrying their mind but they carry full movies of past traumas often called as psychological drama and guess it is free of cost u don't have to buy it ,u can use it but can't throw it, it is an automatic process which take ride in your mind all the time and even if you want to run away from this, then that add ups and multiply itself due to which we waste our lot of time in that , it's a usual process nobody in this world can run away from this .
Many people suffer from tiredness and call themselves a LAZY PERSON but this is not true as i have also suffered the same then i thought to find out the real reason of my tiredness.
As we know that our body works according to our mind instructions so when the mind repeat the same thought again and again it loses it's capacity to think more and broad ,everything in this world has certain kind of elasticity and if we try to extend it's limit then it would definitely breakdown or blast BOOMπ. So same our mind has certain kind of limit and if we try to exaust it by repeating the same thought again and again then our mind didn't get the space to think more .
Everyday our body will going to move but mind is still at one thought due to which our response for other things decreases and we lost our true potential. That's why the intake of alcohol has been increasing day by day becoz some people don't know how to control their mind! So the question arises is it possible to come out of this situation and stop the chit chat of mind?
Hurreyπ₯³ yes we can harness the thoughts of past traumas or our psychological dramas .
You have seen some of the people who carry themselves as they never get into a trouble or it seems like their mind is very clear ,clean and sharp. So this let me think in a more deeper way.
Let me tell you some ways that i have collected though-
1) Whenever you felt that your mind is moving to another thought then take a deep breath ask youself why this thought is poping again and again .so there are 2 circumstances
* You want to say that yes i'm right and other's are wrong not in all way but in some cases
* you are fix with the feeling of anxiety and guilt or,
*you are continuously thinking why the hell that person did this to me even i consider him/ her to be my favourite peep.
So in this situation try to say β I'm a very calm and a joyfull person ,I know who i am , whatever they did to me reflects their mindset and it should not affect meβ
2) Sit in a park and just observe the nature but try not to say anything to youself , just focus on the things to which you don't have any kind of relatable memory like Breathing.
3) MOST POWERFUL LINE that u can use is- I'M IN THE PRESENT MOMENT WHERE I WILL GIVE MY BEST SHOT IN LIFE.
IT is believe that ancient people Like the kings and maharajas had a tough control over their mind , they categories that which thought they should keep in mind and which to throw away that's why they are more powerful humanbeing as compared to this generation.
ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE THE RIDDER OF YOUR THOUGHTS AND YOU CAN RIDE IN WHATEVER WAY U WANT TO. NO BODY ELSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!
