Follow the three steps listed below to analyse and resolve the problem.

1. Compile the data.
2. Examine the data.
3. Make a choice, then follow through on it.

Obtain the facts.

1. Compile the data:

Consider the first guideline: Gather the facts. Why is gathering information so crucial? Because we cannot possibly even try to solve our problem intelligently unless we have the facts. Without the information, all we can do is writhe in uncertainty. My notion? No, that was the concept of the late Herbert E. Hawkes, who served as Dean of Columbia College for 22 years at Columbia University. He stated that "confusion is the chief cause of worry" after helping 250,000 kids resolve their anxiety issues. He said this "confusion is the chief cause of worry".He stated: "People trying to make decisions before they have enough information on which to base a decision are responsible for half the worry in the world.

How E.Hawkes collects facts:

1. In an effort to gather knowledge, I pose as if I'm doing it for someone else rather than myself. This enables me to view the evidence with objectivity and objectivity. I can get rid of my emotions thanks to this.

2. From time to time, I pretend to be a lawyer getting ready to present the opposing side of the argument while gathering information on the topic that is causing me concern. In other words, I strive to gather all the evidence against myself—all the evidence that is contrary to my desires and all the evidence that I don't want to confront.

Then, after writing down both my and the opposing sides of the story, I usually discover that the truth lies somewhere in the middle of these two extremes.

2. Examine the data.

Let's not even try to address our difficulties until we have impartially gathered all the information.
Nevertheless, gathering all the information possible won't be useful until they are examined and interpreted by us.

I've learned the hard way that it's far simpler to assess the facts once you've written them down. In fact, simply putting the information on paper and properly describing our issue can go a long way towards assisting us in coming to a sound decision. According to Charles Kettering, "A problem well stated is a problem half solved." So try to analyse the situation and the problem.

3. Make a choice, then follow through on it.

Now ask two questions to your self , two questions are as follows.

             1. What am I worrying about?
             2. What can I do about it?

Take a paper and write about your worries about the problem. This will give you the clarity about your worries about your problem. You can easily eliminate the impossible worries and identify the possibile worries.

Then answer for the next question. You can get meny answer for the second question write all the possibile answer one by one. This will solve the 90% of the problem.

At last the important phase you have choose the best option from the possibile answers and do the action immediately .
