Hello everyone! In this blog is about lion..

Lion:

The lion lion is the king of the jungle, and a leader among his pride. He commands respect from others in the pride and is respected back by them. If he gets angry, he sends out a powerful roar to make everyone around him get ready for battle. His claws can tear apart animals much bigger than himself, and his sharp teeth can tear off human flesh. And if someone tries to harm him, he will attack without hesitation.Lions have no fear of death. Sometimes lions go hunting together, sometimes they hunt alone. When they do hunt, they choose their target carefully, stalking their prey stealthily until the perfect moment comes. Then they pounce on their victim, tearing at its belly and ripping open its chest. Injured though he may be, the lion will not stop until it's dead. A lion can live to be twenty years old.

Jungle:

Jungle is the habitat of the lion. It is a wild place full of dangers. You might think that the lion would want to leave this dangerous environment, but he doesn't. The lion loves being in the jungle. He likes everything about it - the smells, the sounds, the view... even the danger. But he knows that he cannot stay here forever. Though he thinks the jungle is home, it is only a temporary refuge. One day the lions will have to leave the jungle. That day is coming very soon.

Pride:

A pride is the group of lions that lives in the jungle. Each pride has many lions, ranging from three to as many as fifteen. In the jungle there isn't any one lion who rules over the rest. All the lions in the pride share power equally.

Roar:

A lion's roar is loud and deep. The sound of it carries far across the savannah. Even the smallest cub can hear the roaring and know something big is happening. A lion roars when he goes into a fight or when he wants to threaten enemies or mark his territory.

Stripes:

When a lion is born, he looks just like his mother, but she is black. As he grows up, he starts getting darker until finally he turns completely brown. His stripes are dark brown on his face, lighter on the top of his body and tail.

Mane:

When adult lions start showing their mane, they've reached adulthood. Their manes begin to grow longer as they get older. By then they're already quite hairy.A grown-up lion's mane can reach almost half way down his spine.

Tail:

The tail of an adult lion is thick and strong. It helps balance the lion while running or jumping. It swings gracefully back and forth when the lion makes a circle. When he attacks, it's raised high above his head to show how fearsome he is.
