Hello everyone! In this blog is about types of diet……

Raw Food Diet:

Raw food diets are known for their ability to cure ailments. In recent years, the raw food diet has been getting a lot of attention from people who want to lose weight, but some may have misunderstandings about this diet. If you’re interested in trying out raw food diet, then you need to know that there are two kinds of diets- raw foods and cooked foods. While some experts claim that they can both be beneficial, the truth is that not many studies have been  conducted to compare between these two kinds of diets. But what we do know is that raw foods contain a number of nutrients that help maintain health and prevent diseases.

Vegan Diet:

The vegan diet is very popular; however, many people don’t understand its benefits. Vegans eat no meat or dairy products at all, as well as any other animal products. This means that vegans avoid eating meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, butter, etc. There are actually many reasons why vegans choose to follow this kind of diet. First, vegans believe that animals should not  be exploited simply for their body parts. Second, they feel sorry for the animals that go through painful farming processes, and thus would rather not contribute to this. Third, vegans try to reduce pollution by avoiding using animal products. Finally, vegans often choose to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Vegetarian Diet:

A vegetarian diet differs from a vegan diet. A vegetarian does not eat meat, but he/she eats dairy products, eggs, honey, and other animal derivatives. However, vegetarians do not consume anything prepared via slaughtering animals. Instead, vegetarians try to limit their use of animal products; therefore, they are called “flexitarian”.

Keto diet:

The ketogenic diet is a high fat, adequate protein, low carbohydrate eating plan that forces your body into a metabolic state known as “ketosis” which allows your brain to function better and more efficiently.

A keto meal plan can help many people struggling to lose weight due to modern day stressful lifestyles.

Some people are scared off the idea of a keto diet because they assume that it’ll leave them feeling hungry all the time. But there are plenty of ways to balance out that hunger, including adding a bit of salt to your food, taking a multivitamin daily, and making sure you get plenty of water throughout the day. If anything, you’re probably hungry because you’re losing too much sodium through urination and sweating.

Primal Diet:

The primal diet promotes eating whole, unprocessed foods including lean meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats like avocados! Some proponents believe that our cavemen ancestors ate this way and thus it is the healthiest diet. This diet emphasizes high amounts of protein but a low intake of carbohydrates, especially refined carbs.

Mediterrean Diet :

Mediterranean diet is characterized by a balanced intake of protein, complex carbohydrates, monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats, fibers, and vitamins. The diet emphasizes fresh vegetables, fruits, beans, whole grains, nuts, olive oil, and seafood. These foods tend to be eaten together.

Nutritional Paleo Diet :

Nutritional paleo diets are high-carbohydrate diets popularized in recent years. They emphasize whole grain carbohydrates, lean meats, fish, shellfish, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and legumes, low levels of saturated fat, cholesterol, added sugar, salt, refined flour, processed foods, and chemical additives.
