As in today’s busy world we keep on running behind wealth the answer towards our health is always a ?.   We are very busy. We wake up early to run behind our chores ., but we get only minimal time to spend it for cooking or for our meals.

Not all comes in same category. Some may have someone to prepare food but don’t spend time to eat, some may have time to eat but don’t know\have someone to prepare , some may have both but feel lazy to eat at correct period of time. These laziness or carelessness towards our meal cause great health impact.You may feel very strong when you’re skipping your meal. But the impact it creates later will sure make you feel bad.

What is fitness ?
 

Many thinks that being fit and looking slim will comes through skipping eating. People always worries lot , that they skip eating but they tend to gain more weight.

Always remember skipping your meals won’t make you fit. Eating healthy food  at correct intervals will enhance your diet.

Physical vs mental health.


 “A sound mind in a sound body”  this saying goes well with our topic.

Without an active body our mind wont work properly. Mental health  and physical health are like the two sides of same coin. Without one the other is useless. Same like the food your mental health plays a major role in your physical health. Getting stressed to an unwanted thing, overthinking about the useless matters, getting envy on others…are some of the issues that disturbs your mental health.

Importance of health.

In order to know more and realise more about the importance of health ask the story of patients who suffer from ailments.  We can earn money whenever we want but once we spoil our health it is very difficult to earn it back.

You can be the richest, you can be a very good captain, owner , guider… ,you can be the of all things , but when something comes to your health you cannot focus anywhere.

We value something only when we loose it . Remember your weak days . The days when you are not well. You are completely dependent. You need always someone to take care. If you have someone always with you it is ok but when there is no one around you. What will you do when the people around you find you as a burden or when you yourself find burden to others . So repenting later won't repair anything. Prepare yourself to face everything. Take your meal on time.

Remember always IF YOU SKIP YOU ARE GOING TO SLIP..
