Hello everyone! In this blog is about fruits and its benefits…. 

Apples:

Apples are rich in fiber, vitamin C, manganese, magnesium, copper, potassium, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine and vitamin A. They help to prevent cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis.

Avocados:

Avocados contain lots of healthy fats and vitamins like B6, E, K, C, iron, calcium, and folic acid. They are extremely satisfying and nutritious due to their creamy texture and savory flavor. They also have mono-unsaturated fats, which means they are less likely to contribute to inflammation than other types of fat.

Bananas :

Bananas are loaded with potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin B5, vitamin B3, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B9, vitamin B2, and vitamin D. These bananas make your daily intake of these nutrients easier and improve your immunity system.

Blackberries:

Blackberries are full of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B1, pantothenic Acid, and folate. These berries help increase energy levels and promote cardiovascular fitness. They also provide protection against certain cancers, diabetes, and Alzheimer's Disease.

Watermelon:

Watermelons are rich sources of Vitamin C, A, B6, and fiber. According to studies, watermelon helps in weight loss since it contains 90 calories per cup. It includes high amounts of citrulline, an amino acid that raises nitric oxide levels in blood. Moreover, the vitamin C content in watermelon promotes wound healing.

Strawberry:

Rich in Vitamin C and A, Strawberries helps protect your skin from sun damage. They keep your heart healthy, prevent cancer cells from spreading, lower cholesterol levels and strengthen bones. It also has anti inflammatory properties. We eat them fresh in salads, juices & desserts.

Grapes:

A great source of Vitamins A and K, Grapes have excellent natural preservatives to add flavor and color without added chemicals or additives. They are packed with antioxidant phytonutrients including resveratrols and anthocyanin pigments. These help lower cholesterol, control blood sugar and may prevent cancer. We eat them fresh as juice, smoothies and salad toppings.

Mango:

It is rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre. Mangoes help maintain good vision, boost immunity, protect against cancers and heart disease. It contains pectin, a type of fiber that helps lower cholesterol. We eat mangoes raw in salads, juices and frozen treats.

Oranges:

Oranges have vitamin C content that boosts immunity. Vitamin C is known to strengthen bones and teeth, protect against cardiovascular disease, improve skin quality, and boost energy. Oranges also have a high amount of antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein. Antioxidants fight free radicals which cause damage to DNA and can lead to serious conditions like cancer.

Papayas:

Papayas have vitamin C content that helps build collagen in our bodies. Collagen is a protein that forms connective tissue and cartilage. Papaya is also high in dietary fiber which helps cleanse the intestines and prevents constipation.
