Hello everyone! In this blog is about sweet…..

Delicious brownies :

The dough of these brownies contains less flour and other dry ingredients, so their interior is really soft and moist. Yum, what a treat!

Ingredients :

Dark chocolate in pieces-100g

Wheat flour-150g

Dark cocoa powder-50g

Vanilla sugar-1 tsp

Sugar-100g

Brown sugar-50g

Salt-a touch

Dairy butter - 100g

Eggs-3

Cream cheese -2 tsp

Preparation :

Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Line a 20x20cm baking tray or cake tin with baking paper.Mix the flour and sifted cocoa powder together.Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool for a while.

Beat the sugars and butter until fluffy with an electric mixer. Add the eggs one at a time. Then mix the cream cheese, melted chocolate and flour mixture into the dough, and mix with an electric mixer into a smooth dough.

Pour the batter onto a tray or into a cake tin. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes or until the surface of the "cake" cracks a little (don't bake too long though, because the inside of the cake is supposed to stay moist).

Take the brownies out of the oven and let the sheet cool before cutting it into pieces. Enjoy!

Butter eyeballs:

Butter eye buns are a wonderful classic delicacy that both children and adults like! With this recipe, buttermilk buns are sure to succeed!

Ingredients :

Yeast-25g

Whole milk-250g

Salt-1/2tsp

Dairy butter - 75g

Sugar-50g

Cardamom-1 tsp

Wheat flour-750g

Filling:

Sugar-2 tsp

Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp

Grated zest of a lemon-1

Preparation :

Crumble the yeast into a large bowl.Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the milk to the butter.Warm up to about 37°C.

Pour the warmed butter-milk mixture over the yeast and stir until the yeast has dissolved.

Add salt, sugar, cardamom and almost all the flour.Knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic.

Let the dough rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 225°C.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on baking paper on a baking sheet. Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.

Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon peel together.

Cut the cold butter into 20 small cubes.

Press a hole in the center of each bun with your fingertip and put a piece of butter in the resulting depression.

Let rise for 10 minutes.

Then brush the buns with egg and sprinkle the lemon peel-sugar mixture on top.

Bake buns in the middle of the oven for 7-9 minutes.

Let the buns rest for a while under a kitchen towel before serving.
