Here tips to start a healthy lifestyle :

1. Drink plenty of water:

Water is a great way to stay hydrated and can prevent many health conditions that are associated with being dehydrated, such as headaches, constipation, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Drinking enough water helps flush toxins from your body, keeps organs functioning properly, and keeps muscles strong.

2. Eat lots of fruits & vegetables:

Fruits and veggies are full of vitamins, minerals, fibers, antioxidants, and other phytonutrients. Eating this type of nutritious food regularly can keep your immune system strong and help ward off illnesses.

3.Don't Drink Soda:

Soda contains phosphoric acid. This chemical has been proven to decrease mineral absorption in the human body. If you want to live longer and healthier, try drinking water instead. It's the perfect beverage and it doesn't have any calories either.

4.Sleep on time:

Getting adequate sleep each night helps keep your mind sharp throughout the day. If you're finding it hard to get quality rest, try setting an alarm clock to remind yourself to hit the hay early enough for a solid 8 hours of slumber.

Get 8 hours of sleep each night! Sleep plays a huge role in our overall well-being, especially when it comes to good nutrition. You should aim to get at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night. Make sure not to use electronics just before bedtime (TVs, computers, smartphones), and try to avoid caffeine after 2pm.

5.Exercise regularly:

The benefits of exercise go beyond physical appearance - it offers mental clarity, emotional stability, and strengthens relationships. Find activities you enjoy and make them a regular part of your life. If you don't have time to work out, try walking instead.

A 30-minute walk can boost your mood and help you sleep better at night. Try doing this before bedtime if you feel like you need some extra shut eye.

Regular exercise not only keeps your body fit and healthy, but it has also been proven to lower stress levels and improve concentration. Find a workout routine that works best for you - from pushups to aerobics, anything that gets you sweating is great for the brain. 

6.Practice mindfulness:

Mindfulness involves focusing entirely on what's happening in the present moment without judgment. This practice allows for stress relief and reduces anxiety and depression. Try to practice mindfulness meditation daily.

7.Laugh often:

Laughter is contagious, and those who crack jokes and smile frequently tend to feel happier than their less jovial peers. Start every day with a laugh, and you'll find yourself smiling more throughout the day.

8.Eat whole foods:

This might sound simple but many people don’t realize that processed foods are full of preservatives and chemicals that aren't good for you. You should try and make healthier food choices without compromising taste.

9. Say no:

We've said it once: Don't eat everything put in front of you! Saying 'no' doesn't mean you have to eat nothing though; you just have to say 'no' to unhealthy options.

10.Connect:
