Hello everyone,,! In this blog is about stomach pain…..

You can use ginger or honey to relieve your stomach ache. Ginger is a common home remedy that’s easy to find at any grocery store. You can take some grated ginger root and mix it with a little water. Drink this mixture once a day until you feel better. Honey is also good to have around for stomach aches. You should soak a cotton ball in raw honey and place it directly onto the painful area.

You can try drinking some warm milk. Warm milk has a natural anti-inflammatory agent called casein protein. Casein is extremely soothing, especially if you are experiencing nausea from migraines. Milk is known to relieve inflammation, but only cow's milk. Soy milk can also help ease your symptoms.

Peppermint may work as well. Crush a few mint leaves into a tea bag, add hot water, and drink it all down. Mint teas are often used to quell nausea and vomiting.

Don't forget about massage! Not just for relaxation, massages can also help reduce nausea. Have someone rub a soft towel against your back and shoulders. This helps relax your muscles and reduces stress.

You should also try to avoid coffee. It contain caffeine, which can cause upset tummies. And since these substances affect your nervous system, they too can contribute to stomach pains.

Soda contains phosphoric acid which causes stomach ulcers. Also, soda can cause dehydration due to its high sugar content. Instead, try drinking some milk or eating fruit juice.

Have breakfast - As soon as you wake up start preparing yourself some oatmeal, eggs, beans or any other healthy breakfast option. Don't skip breakfast though! It plays a huge role in breaking down the food we have eaten the night before and giving our body energy throughout the day. Eating breakfast literally gives us the power to control hunger, especially in the morning.

Eat a healthy diet - If you're eating lots of processed foods then this could be the reason why you are experiencing stomach pains. Avoid white bread & pasta, refined sugar, fried and fast foods. This kind of food will actually irritate your stomach lining. Instead eat fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and lean protein.

Eat foods containing soluble fiber. Soluble fiber aids digestion and helps remove excess water from the body. Foods that are high in soluble fiber include oats, legumes, nuts, seeds, beans, fruits (especially berries), vegetables (especially cruciferous veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts), and whole grains.

Thank you…….
