So now, lets get started with some more tips to reduce weight and making it sustainable.
EXERCISE IS THE MUST TO DO:- If you think that you can loose weight without exercising , its really hard. It is very essential to make your daily life full of energies and for this you have to be active for the whole day.
Exercises are the best remedy to burn your stubborn fat which is very hard to loose even with controlled diets.
WHAT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WORKOUTS:- There are two kinds of people, one who love exercises and could devote themselves in daily workouts and fitness plans.
But there are also some people like me who think that exercises are really hard to do . Even if we get alots of motivation and started doing gyming, workouts and all that , after a week we end up like “ bas ab or nhi hota” 😅. However, in order to make your daily life active, you can substitute workouts with that activities which you love to perform. If you like any sport you can join it, like swimming. In my case , i love to dance. So I chose dancing exercises like aerobics, zumba, bhangra , etc. as my fitness workout.
CALORIES INTAKE:- Keeping a calorie intake pattern is very essential. If you are a boy, you can take about 1800 to 2000 calories a day . And in case of girls its 1400-1600 a day.
Eat only healthy products and check out the nutritional content in those products means protein, fat , carbohydrates and fibre intake so that you could manage your carbs and fats to loose weight. In my case it was very difficult for me to count the calorie intakes and knowing the nutritional contents of that product. For this, i downloaded the healthyfy me app. This app provides both free and considerable services , and all my needs were covered under the free services so I also recommend to use that app.
MANAGE YOUR DAY:- Wake up early and sleep early. These habits will make your day. Do not sleep just after taking your meals. Eat atleast 3 hours before you go for sleeping. See workout or fitness in many aspects of your live. Like instead of using lifts, use the stairs. Go on foot to the nearby markets.
