Meditation:

Meditating is the act of clearing your mind of thoughts and distractions so you can focus on what's really going on in your life. Meditation makes you think about how you're feeling and helps clear out any negative feelings or emotions that may be holding you back from reaching your goals and becoming stronger. If you struggle with anxiety, meditation is an effective way to get rid of those unwanted feelings and help you overcome them.

Focus on making yourself happy first:

You feel mentally stronger if you are happy. It’s Time to take back the power of your happiness.

Avoid making compromises to please others at the expense of following your dream.

The fear of disappointing others may hold you back, so you need to focus on your own personal goals and develop the courage to make decisions that work for you without fearing upsetting some people.

Exercise:

Exercise releases endorphins, a feel-good chemical, which lifts your mood and increases your level of happiness. You may not even realize just how much exercise affects your mental state until you stop exercising, especially if you've been trying to lose weight. So, start moving! Get your heart rate up and sweat it out with some yoga, running, or walking.

Nutrition:

Eat foods high in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Make sure you eat enough vegetables—they're low in calories and packed with nutrients. Eat whole grains, fruits, and lean meats and poultry to ensure you aren't eating empty calories and you'll have plenty of fuel to run around and do physical activity.

Social Support:

Having friends and family who love you and cheer for you is one of the best forms of encouragement. Reach out to people you trust and let them know how they matter to you. Letting others know how they make you feel and how you want to feel gives you motivation to keep pushing forward with your personal fitness goals.

Gratitude:

Make a list of everything you're grateful for in your life. When you're feeling bad, look at the things you already have that make you happy instead of focusing on the negatives.Your gratitude journal might bring about positive changes in your attitude toward yourself and life.
