Minced meat omelet roll:
An omelette roll filled with minced meat is an easy favorite of the whole family. You can also fill the omelet roll with other fillings.
Ingredients :
Egg - 6
Milk - 5ml
Wheat flour - 11/2g
Salt - 1/4tsp
Black pepper - 1/4tsp
Filling :
A piece of minced beef - 400g
A pinch of taco seasoning mix - 28g
Paprika - 100 g
Leek-50g
A slice of unflavored fresh cheese - 180 g
Mozzarella cheese - 11/2g
Preparation :
Beat the eggs to break the texture slightly. Add milk, wheat flour, salt and black pepper. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the egg sauce onto the sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Turn the cooked omelette onto another piece of baking paper and let it cool.
Brown the minced meat in a pan in its own fat. Season with taco seasoning and add diced paprika and chopped leek.Mix in the cream cheese.
Spread the filling on the surface of the omelette plate. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top and roll the disc like a wrapped tart. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top and bake in a 225-degree oven for about 10 minutes.
Omelet waffles:
For a change, fry the omelettes with a waffle iron. Egg waffle is easy to prepare. Fill the waffles according to your taste or serve them for breakfast with bacon.
Ingredients :
Organic egg - 4
Lactose free light milk - 4tsp
Paprika - 100g
Salt - touch
Oil or butter for frying
Addition :
American bacon - 100g
Italian herbs cream cheese - 180 g
Preparation :
Beat the eggs to break the texture and mix in the milk drink.

Chopped basil-1/2g
Salt -1/4tsp
Black Pepper -1/4tsp
A slice of cherry tomatoes - 250g
Rapeseed oil-1/2tsp
Preparation :
Beat the eggs until the texture is broken in a bowl. Mix in milk, grated cheese, basil and spices. Wash and split the tomatoes.
Line a small baking dish (approx. 20 cm x 25 cm) with baking paper. Brush the baking paper lightly with oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Add tomatoes on top.
Bake in a 200-degree oven for about 25 minutes until the omelet has coagulated. Garnish with parmesan shavings and basil if desired.
