Grow at your pace:

It's ok to have a slow beginning but it takes patience to become successful in any field. If you are determined to succeed then you can do it.Even if you start small, just keep moving forward.Remember that even if you fail sometimes, you try again until you succeed.

Learn new things:

You should not stop learning even after reaching your goals. Learning new things about the world around us helps us evolve as human beings. This applies especially to our careers; we learn new skills and improve ourselves.

Be Positive:

Even if you don't feel like doing something, go ahead and do it anyway. We all need to take positive steps towards our goals. You may think everything is going wrong, but this will only make you depressed. Instead of focusing on what isn't working, focus on what is working.

Handle them better:

Stressful situations are unavoidable but if we can handle them better, then we will have less stress in our lives. To do this, we need to understand that all human beings are basically programmed to deal with certain situations; whether positive or negative. Our attitude towards these situations will determine how successful we will be at handling them.

React in particular situations:

We should not let others dictate how we should feel or react in particular situations. As long as we make sense of things, we will be able to cope with anything that comes along.

Take responsibility:

We need to take responsibility for our own actions and reactions. We cannot blame anyone else for the way we feel. If we fail to make decisions, then we might end up blaming ourselves later on.

Learn how to deal with problems effectively:

You should learn how to accept challenges in your life positively. It is okay to get frustrated or angry at times,but you need to have control over that emotion and not let it take over your entire being. Also, you need to know how to resolve conflicts with others in a constructive manner.

Make sure to maintain healthy relationships with family and friends:

A healthy relationship can prevent you from having stressors throughout the day. If you have a good relationship with someone close to you, you are less likely to have a negative impact on yourself or others around you.

Get enough sleep:

When you are tired, you are much more prone to make poor decisions. Sleep deprivation puts you at risk for depression, anxiety, and poor concentration. To keep your mind sharp, get about eight hours of restful sleep every night.

Pay attention to your body language:

This includes posture, facial expressions, eye contact, and gestures. These things help people understand your moods and intentions. They can even send signals to other people regarding how to interact with you.

Practice self-care:

This means taking time for yourself each day to do something enjoyable or relaxing. Even if you only take five minutes, you need to spend some time doing something just for you. Take an hour off from work once a week and go shopping, exercise, or watch movies. Whatever activity makes you happy.
