Benefits Of Morning Sun For Human

Hello everyone! In this blog is about benefits of morning sun…

The benefits of morning sun are many, but they always include sunlight. Sunlight contains ultraviolet rays that can help our bodies heal themselves from various conditions; it strengthens our immune systems and makes us happier. Aside from its healing properties, sunlight also helps our moods and boosts our energy levels.

However, we live in today’s society where the majority of people work indoors throughout their day. This means that we only get half of the daily benefit of sunshine. If you want to reap the maximum benefits of your morning sunrise, try to sit outside before it gets too hot. You may not notice much difference right away, but after a couple days in the open air, you’ll begin to feel the effects of being exposed to sunlight.

Sunlight can lower blood pressure. This effect has been known since ancient times. In fact, the ancient Egyptians buried their dead under the desert sun to give them a healthy afterlife.

Sunlight increases energy production. It's estimated that 25% of our body's total ATP (the energy currency) is produced via sunlight absorption. We know that food is not the only way to get energy - our bodies can produce it through various means.

Morning sunlight gives you higher quality light than afternoon sunlight.

Vitamin D helps maintain bone density and muscle function.

Vitamin D is produced from sun exposure, foods like fatty fish (salmon), eggs, dairy products and mushrooms. There are two forms of vitamin D -D2 that is produced naturally from sun exposure and D3 that we get through food sources.

People who get less than 10 minutes of direct morning light get up to 20% more vitamin D and have stronger bones.

When you're exposed to sunlight, your body produces melatonin, which helps you sleep better.

Exposure to morning light helps keep depression away.

Sunrise helps us wake up faster. At 7am, we have an average of 6.5 hours of sleep. This means that at least three-fourths of the day requires rest. If we need to start our day feeling fresh and energetic, then the best way to do it is to get out of bed early. That said, sunrise gives us enough light to get started without getting tired.

Morning sun lets us focus better. In addition to helping us wake up earlier, it also helps us stay awake longer. Studies suggest that morning sunlight allows us to concentrate better throughout the day.

In conclusion, the exposure to bright morning sunlight provides multiple benefits to our physical well being, especially when it comes to cognitive performance. However, it is worth noting that you only need a few minutes of direct sunlight to feel these benefits. You can take advantage of the sunrise while you commute to work. Or even better, simply go outside after breakfast and enjoy the extra energy it gives you!

Thank you…
