Food is essential for our health and over all function of our body. Why do we eat food?? Yes, we need energy. But, do you know that some foods will badly affect our body and digestion.If not eating properly or not following any diet plans, foods can make your life miserable.

1.Bacon

We all know that Bacon is a fatty food.Fat is the main content of Bacon. We call eat bacon in a minimum quantity. But  eating too much bacon especially before your bed time is so dangerous. Because it affects your digestion. So,try to avoid this food before your sleep time.

2.Cheese

Cheese is one of the delicious food. But it contain high fat and it will definitely affect your body.. So do not eat cheese before your bedtime.. When ever your digestion is not proper, it will affect your sleeping very badly..

3.Chocolates

Chocolates are sweet and delicious and Everyone loves it. But you should know that chocolate contain high amount of caffeine and theobromine.. It is bad for our body. It increase your heart beat.. Taking too much chocolate will definitely affect your sleep.. So, try to avoid this.

4.French fries

French fries is prepraing using potatoes. It is one of the tasty food that we all Love to eat. But do you know the bad effect of french fries when eating too much quantity?? Yes.. French fries contain fat and when ever you eat before bed time, it will definitely affect your digestion while sleeping..

5.Ice cream

Yeah. Ice cream is sweet and joy to eat. Ice cream can kick up your energy. You can eat it during day time. But, try to avoid it before bed time.Because ice cream is tough to digest.

6.Red meat

We know that red meat is a fibre rich food. You can eat red meat in a minimum quantity. But taking too much can affect your digestion and give you disturbance in your sleep.So, try to avoid it before sleep..

7.Butter Cakes
