Ingredients are Handful of Spring onions, Coconut oil, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Grated coconut,Mustard seeds, Garli  and Finally Salt to taste…

Cut the spring onions with very small pieces.. Heat a pan on the stove and add 2 spoon of coconut oil.. Wait it to heat and after that add some black mustard seeds.. After that add some chopped garlic into it and stirr it well.. When the Garlic changes it's colour to light brown, add our main item spring onions and add some salt, half spoon of chilli and Turmeric powder and mix it well…

Close the pan with a lid and cook for atleast 3 to 5 minutes.. After that open the lid and stir it well and add some fresh grated coconut.. Adding this coconut make the dish more tastier & delicious.. Then mix it well..Let it cool for sometime.. You can enjoy this dish with wheat chappathi or Rotis along with some curd salad…It is one of the most yummy and mouth watering simple recipe..
